Privacy Policy
This is a plain-language placeholder for review before the site collects personal information. It is not legal advice.
FREEQUINCY Meditation respects the difference between a quiet practice and a data business. This draft describes the current site, which is not yet connected to an email inbox, calendar, or payment provider.
What this site can receive
The contact form and the booking flow ask for a name, email, optional phone number, and a message or session preference. Those requests are checked in the browser and sent to an application route that does not store them and does not pass them to another service yet.
What is not collected on purpose
- Payment card numbers. Checkout will happen through a provider such as Stripe when it is connected, and that provider’s terms will apply.
- Health records. Sessions are for general well-being. Please do not send medical details through the form.
- Advertising profiles. This site does not include an advertising tracker.
When a provider is connected
Scheduling may use Calendly, Acuity, Square, or Google Calendar. Payment may use Stripe or the scheduler’s own checkout. At that point this policy should name the provider, what it receives, why, and how long it is kept. Do not treat this draft as that final notice.
Your requests
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page once an inbox is connected. Until then, do not rely on the form to deliver a privacy request.
