Practice with me

Four techniques. One guided pace.

Learn basic breathing, a double inhale, box breathing, and ratio breathing with instruction. This page does not replace the guided video with a do-it-yourself script.

Beginner

Basic Inhale / Exhale

Foundational breathing for calm and presence.

A simple guided pattern of breathing in and breathing out. It is the starting point for learning pace, posture, and attention before trying more structured techniques.

Beginner

Double Inhale / Exhale

A guided breathing pattern centered on controlled inhalation and exhalation.

This pattern uses a double inhale followed by an exhale. Learn it with the guided video so the pace stays comfortable and unforced.

All Levels

Box Breathing

Equal phases of inhale, hold, exhale, and hold.

Four even phases give the practice a steady shape. The guided version sets the timing so you do not have to count it out alone.

Intermediate

Ratio Breathing

Inhale, hold, and exhale using guided ratios such as 1:4:2.

Ratio breathing changes the length of the inhale, the hold, and the exhale. A ratio such as 1:4:2 is an example used in guided practice, not a prescription to push past comfort.

These practices are for general well-being. If a breathing exercise makes you lightheaded or uncomfortable, pause and return to an easy natural breath. This is not medical care, and it is not a substitute for treatment from a licensed clinician.

Learn them in a session.

A guide can walk through the pattern with you, at your pace.
